Who is Floracent

We are a Singapore-based online florist who specialises in lighted floral arrangements.

Do I need to have an account with Floracent to place an order

It is not compulsory to have an account. You may purchase as a guest. However, we do encourage you to sign up for the convenience of future orders

How do I place an order

You may click on the ideal floral design which you would like to send and add the item to cart.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment. This email will include your order reference number and purchase summary.

Can I make advance order(s)

For orders outside of the available dates, please reach out to us and we will advise on the possibility of having it delivered on your desired date.

Can I send a customised message with the flowers

You may include your personalised message in the “Message” box when you place your order with us. Please sign off with your name if you would like the recipient to know who the sender is.

Do I need to include my details in Order Form if I want to remain anonymous to recipient

Yes, we would encourage you to input your details under “Billing Address” section for us to contact you in the event where recipient is uncontactable.

I can’t seem to cart out the items in an order

The design might be out of stock or in limited quantity. For bulk purchase, you may contact us at hello@floracent.com.

How does the lighting work

For Preserved flower dome, the light switches are located on the bottom side of the dome.

Can I purchase fresh flower design from your gallery?

If you wish to purchase a design from our gallery, kindly drop us an email at hello@floracent.com for further discussion.

Can I request for a customised floral assembly

Kindly reach out to us at hello@floracent.com for further discussion. Do take note that additional charges may apply for customisation.

Can I get a refund if the flowers are not to my liking/expectation

Each of our floral gift is shown on our website and social media accounts with the closest representation to the actual piece. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly notify us by sending a message to hello@floracent.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Floracent.

Can I cancel my order

Once order is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.

 

Delivery

When will my flowers be delivered

Orders will be delivered on the chosen date and timeslot. We will not be able to advise on specific timing as delivery route is planned by our courier partner for best efficiency each day

How are the flowers delivered

Delivery will be done by our dedicated Courier Partner

How much is the delivery fee

Delivery is complimentary for orders $40 and above. For orders below $40, delivery is chargeable at $15 per order.

Is there any location restriction which delivery can be requested to

Delivery can be made to most locations in Singapore except for the restricted zones as listed [here].

Can I do self-collection

We do not offer self-collection option at the moment. All orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Can I purchase and request for delivery on Sunday?

Sunday are our off-days hence there will be no delivery on Sunday.

What if recipient is not around during the delivery

Our courier will leave the gift at the reception for office addresses. For residential addresses, they will hand the gift over to someone who is home. If there is nobody receiving the gift on behalf, an additional re-delivery charge of $15 will apply.

What contributes to an unsuccessful delivery

The delivery will be deem unsuccessful under one of the following scenarios. A) When the delivery address is invalid. B) Wrong address given by the sender. C)Recipient is not around and there is nobody to receive the gift on behalf. D) Change of delivery address on delivery day.

If my delivery is unsuccessful, how do I arrange for re-delivery

Please contact us hello@floracent.com or WhatsApp us @ 81560440 to arrange for re-delivery. Do note that it will be subjected to $15 re-delivery charge.

What is the cut off timing for next-day delivery

The daily cut off time for next-day delivery will be at 8pm.

Can I request for a specific time delivery.

Deliveries will follow strictly to the selected 3-hr time frame. We are not able to accept any specific delivery timings.

Can I choose a timeslot but indicate a narrower time frame in the note

The delivery will still stick to the selected 3-hr timeslot regardless of any request made for a narrower time frame.

What if I place the order with delivery address on one of the restricted delivery areas

Floracent reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice for orders with delivery address in the restricted list.

How do I care for the flowers

Keep all flowers in cool places, away from direct sunlight/wind.

How long does the light last

The light should last for a few days, with its brightness fading gradually.

Can the lights in the dome be re-used

Each lighted dome comes with built in lighting and battery pack, they are not removable.
