Delivery

At Floracent, we would like to make our flowers accessible to all. However due to access restrictions, we are unable to deliver orders to the following locations:

• All Military Camps
• All Military Airbases
• All Naval Bases
• All Police and SCDF stations
• All Airports
• All Sea Ports and Shipyards
• All Prisons facilities
• All Power Stations
• All immigration checkpoints
• Restricted Areas 
• High Security Areas
• All Islands outside Mainland Singapore (including Sentosa, Jurong Island, etc)
• All Hospitals in Singapore 
• Airline Road
• Airport Cargo Road
• Tuas
• Penjuru
• Lim Chu Kang
• Alps Avenue
• Brani Terminal Avenue
• Rifle Range

Delivery will be deem unsuccessful in cases of the following scenarios :

• Invalid Delivery address
• Wrong address given by sender
• Recipient is not present at the given address and no alternative person at the location is able to receive the gift on behalf
• Change of delivery address or timing on delivery day itself

For unsuccessful delivery, customer will receive an email notification for the failed delivery attempt. For Re-delivery arrangements, customer may do the following:

• Re-delivery will be subjected to a re-delivery charge of $15
• Re-delivery will only be scheduled on the next available delivery day.
